This contract concluded on the basis of this document is drafted in Hungarian and does not refer to any code of conduct. For any questions regarding the operation of the webshop, ordering, or delivery processes, we are available at the contact details provided.
The scope of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) extends to legal relationships established via the Service Provider’s website (www.studio6.hu). These GTC are continuously available (and may be downloaded or printed at any time) at:

Definitions
User: Any natural person, legal entity, or organization that uses the services of the Service Provider and enters into a contract with the Service Provider.
Consumer: A User who is a natural person acting outside the scope of his/her profession, independent occupation, or business activity.
Business: A person acting within the scope of his/her profession, independent occupation, or business activity.
Service Provider: A natural or legal person or organization without legal personality providing information society-related services, who provides services to the User and concludes a contract with the User.

2. BASIC PROVISIONS
2.1. Matters not regulated in these GTC and the interpretation thereof shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.), Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services (E-commerce Act), and Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. Mandatory statutory provisions apply without separate stipulation.
2.2. These GTC are effective from 01 January 2024 until revoked. Amendments shall be published on the website and registered/previous customers will be notified by email. Amendments do not affect previously concluded contracts.
2.3. The Service Provider reserves all rights regarding the website and its content. Any downloading, electronic storage, processing, or sale of website content without written consent is prohibited.
2.4. The Service Provider assumes no liability for purchases made on websites not operated by it.
3. REGISTRATION / PURCHASE
3.1. The User must provide real and accurate data. False data renders the electronic contract void. By clicking the “Order” button, the booking becomes successful and creates a payment obligation.
3.2. The Service Provider is not liable for delays or problems resulting from incorrect data provided by the User.
3.3. The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from forgotten passwords or unauthorized access not attributable to the Service Provider.
4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES / PRICES
Products and services are available online. Prices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and represent the payable amount.
In case of incorrect pricing (e.g., 0 HUF or 1 HUF due to system error), the Service Provider is not obliged to confirm the order at the incorrect price and may offer confirmation at the correct price.
5. ORDER PROCESS
Users may order with or without registration.
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer: Payment within 3 days to the bank account specified in the invoice.
- Online card payment: Processed via the Barion system. Card details are not accessible to the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt. is supervised by the Hungarian National Bank (License no.: H-EN-I-1064/2013).
- Cash on delivery: Payable at the booked time (cash, card, or instant transfer).
Accepted couriers: MPL, GLS, Foxpost.

Deposit: 50% of the rental fee in all cases.
The contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order in a second confirmation email (the first email is automated and does not constitute contract formation).
6. PROCESSING AND PERFORMANCE
Orders are processed during working hours in order of arrival.
General fulfillment time: within 5 working days from contract conclusion.
If the User fails to collect the ordered product, this constitutes breach of contract. The Service Provider may claim storage, delivery, and legal costs.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU and Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the product.
The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product.
No withdrawal right applies to:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
The Service Provider refunds payments within 14 days of withdrawal notice but may withhold refund until goods are returned.
Special Rental Cancellation Rules
The User acknowledges:
- Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before rental start.
- 50% fee if cancelled 1 week before.
- 100% fee if cancelled within 1 week.
One free date modification allowed up to 2 weeks prior. Further modifications require 100% fee payment.
Failure to appear at the rental start for reasons attributable to the User results in a penalty of HUF 120,000, payable within 8 days of written notice.
Overtime stay fee: HUF 15,000 per commenced hour.
No set-off or withholding against rental fee permitted.
Payment obligation is independent of third-party performance or event attendance expectations.
8. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
The Service Provider performs defectively if the service does not meet contractual or legal quality requirements at performance time.
Consumers are entitled to:
- Repair or replacement
- Price reduction
- Contract termination (under statutory conditions)
Warranty periods:
- 1 year: HUF 10,000-100,000
- 2 years: HUF 100,000-250,000
- 3 years: above HUF 250,000
The Service Provider is exempt from warranty only if it proves the defect arose after performance.
9. PROCEDURE FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
The Service Provider must:
- Record claims in minutes
- Provide copy to Consumer
- Respond within 5 working days
- Complete repair/replacement within 15 days where possible
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
If any provision becomes invalid, the remainder remains valid.
Disputes shall primarily be settled amicably.
Hungarian law governs the contract.
