Whether you’re planning a shorter or longer party, food and drinks are always a key point. Luckily, we have plenty of experience, so here are some useful tips for our guests!

Every group can decide for themselves whether they want to bring their own drinks or buy from us. Whichever you choose, the following guidelines can help.

Food

When it comes to food, we recommend finger food – of course you can bring soup or stuffed cabbage too, but pizza, cocktail sandwiches, fried cutlets, sushi or pastries tend to work better. Don’t forget snacks like chips, pretzels, crackers and gummy candy. We’re also happy to help with sourcing if needed. Oh, and of course – don’t forget the cake!

Make sure to consider food sensitivities!

Now let’s talk about the star of any party: the drinks.

This is usually where planning gets tricky:

“What should we bring?”
“How much?”
“It’s an 18th birthday… what do they even drink?”

Talk to your group about their preferences! Here are some guiding questions:

  • How many people are coming?

  • What’s the ratio of guys to girls?

  • Do you prefer cheaper or more premium stuff?

  • How much do they typically drink?

  • What do they like? Beer? Spirits?

  • If there are girls in the group, ask whether they prefer wine, cider, cocktails or flavored beers.

No matter the party, you’ll always need mixers and soft drinks like cola, peach iced tea, Sprite or Fanta. Don’t forget water – and if you’re planning spritzers, make sure to have sparkling water as well!

Juice mixers are also popular: orange, apple, pineapple and peach are the most commonly used.

Gin? Then grab tonic as well!

People often realize too late that champagne for toasts would have been nice. Energy drinks are also easy to forget, even though they’re popular.

Drivers (although we recommend they either pick up their cars the next day or get a driver service) will appreciate non-alcoholic beer.

Here you’ll find a few sample food & drink lists from previous parties with headcounts and party length.

Good news!

If you buy drinks from us:

  • room rental is cheaper

  • you don’t have to carry anything

  • everything will be chilled and waiting for you

  • we check everything together upon arrival

What if something is left over?
You take it home – it’s yours.

What if we run out?
Our onsite bar is open until 22:00.

Not sure whether to preorder or buy there?
Preordering is usually cheaper, and you’re not dependent on bar stock. You can request a quote for anything – we just need exact type, size, and quantity. For example:

❌ “1 vodka” – too vague
✔ “1 bottle 1L Absolut Blue vodka” – perfect

Quotes are non-obligatory, can be modified any time, and we can send itemized lists so each person can pay their share easily.

How much does it usually cost?

It varies a lot depending on the factors above, but for reference:

10-hour party → typically 50,000-150,000 HUF for drinks
